Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the discovery and validation of new product and revenue opportunities, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will engage with customers and market data to identify unmet needs, design experiments, and execute product launches from concept to growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify unmet needs and whitespace in debt, lending, and consumer finance through direct engagement with customers and market analysis
• Transform raw opportunities into testable hypotheses and design lean experiments to validate or eliminate them quickly
• Manage the full execution of successful opportunities from initial concept through to launch and growth, tracking performance against revenue hypotheses

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on outcomes, including at least 2 years in fintech (debt, payments, credit, or lending)
• Proven experience in 0-to-1 product development, with multiple successful builds
• Demonstrated ability to rigorously test unproven ideas and make informed decisions on their viability
• Comfortable engaging with customers and collaborating with technical teams and data to support product decisions
• Experience in a small, fast-growing company environment
