Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving improvements in the digital customer experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product features for Hertz's Value Added Services team, collaborating with engineering and design teams to modernize applications and integrate systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features to support business growth and scale
• Execute the long-term product roadmap, coordinating with cross-functional teams domestically and internationally
• Communicate product strategies and ensure a consistent customer focus in research and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with successful consumer-facing products
• Proven track record in driving product strategy and execution through data-driven decision-making
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
