Job Summary

Focused on enhancing financial access through innovative solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product vision for a tech-enabled consumer lending platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution from ideation to launch
• Utilize customer insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and market trends

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management and/or product design experience in dynamic technology companies
• Background in consumer products, preferably in financial services and lending
• Proven ability to balance customer experience with business results and risk management
• Strong collaboration skills to align priorities with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results
