Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the effort to guide customers from their first deposit to meaningful engagement, the full-time Senior Product Manager will design systems that enhance user experiences and drive activation, working remotely or from locations in San Francisco, New York, or Portland.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user journey, increasing customer engagement through strategic product interventions
• Set direction and prioritize roadmaps to solve user problems and maximize customer value
• Build systems for activation using in-product experiences, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with horizontal, platform, or lifecycle teams
• Strong product intuition and ability to develop clear strategies for complex problems
• Experience collaborating across design, engineering, marketing, and data teams
• Hands-on approach to execution, comfortable with UX details and shaping vision
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively with talented peers in a dynamic environment
