Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To define and deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) in a startup-like environment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product development process from concept through launch, collaborating closely with engineers and designers while engaging with customers to validate product assumptions.

Key responsibilities

• Own MVP definition and delivery, translating vision into a clear roadmap and release plan
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and turn insights into testable product hypotheses
• Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business value while making strategic tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product leader
• Proven success in launching a digital product or significant product capability
• Experience defining and delivering an MVP in an ambiguous or rapidly evolving environment
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and the software-development lifecycle
