Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a defined area of BillingCenter, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product ownership, engage with carriers, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative billing solutions for P&C insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a defined slice of the BillingCenter product, from discovery to adoption
• Run the discovery-delivery loop by engaging with carriers, documenting problems, and measuring outcomes post-launch
• Contribute to the product roadmap by providing evidence-based insights and prioritization support

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, particularly with enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Direct experience in P&C insurance, specifically in billing, payments, or premium accounting
• Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end from discovery to adoption
• Solid technical fluency with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers
• Experience building relationships with billing operations, finance, and IT leaders at carrier customers
