Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Kuali Research product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape vision and strategy, drive roadmap decisions, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that provide measurable value to higher education institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy for the Research product, aligning it with company goals and translating customer needs into actionable roadmaps
• Lead discovery efforts with higher education institutions to gain insights and validate hypotheses through experimentation and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery, support go-to-market readiness, and mentor junior product managers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with complex SaaS products
• Proven success in driving strategy and execution in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical skills with a background in using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
• Experience in conducting structured discovery and deep customer empathy
