Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving product initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own a workstream within a swim lane, leveraging AI to enhance customer acquisition, service delivery, and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify complex problems to gain cross-functional buy-in and drive execution
• Own specific business metrics and ensure measurable progress in areas such as conversion and retention
• Lead a dedicated engineering/design team from problem identification to successful product launch

Required qualifications

• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Strong data analysis skills or exceptional customer insight, with a focus on one area and proficiency in the other
• Ability to think structurally in ambiguous situations and articulate complex problems clearly
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in articulating decisions and earning stakeholder buy-in
• Demonstrated bias for action, comfortable iterating on solutions rather than waiting for perfection
