Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the product work for AI infrastructure and tools, the full-time Senior Product Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to create and deploy AI-enabled processes, maintain the shared services roadmap, and drive organizational AI adoption in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to identify and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows that enhance organizational capacity
- Own the shared services roadmap and maintain the opportunity solution tree based on organizational learnings
- Lead change management efforts for AI adoption, fostering trust and engagement across teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a product management role
- Demonstrated experience with AI at an organizational level, including building AI tools and workflows
- Technical fluency with engineering and AI terminology, understanding AI as infrastructure
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills with a strategic mindset for prioritizing organizational needs
