Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive the strategy and execution of the internal admin product for the commerce platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to enhance configuration, control, and governance capabilities across various clients and markets.
Key responsibilities
- Translate commerce platform needs into scalable admin and configuration capabilities
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement while managing PNR formats globally
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions that streamline onboarding and configuration
Required qualifications
- Experience in product management, preferably with platform or internal products
- Strong product discovery and problem framing skills with a focus on internal users
- Analytical and metrics-driven, capable of defining KPIs to drive prioritization
- Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and configuration concepts
- Experience in complex, multi-market, multi-client environments
