Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for a core product area, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance the applicant experience, drive cross-functional alignment, and utilize data-driven insights to improve product outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on user experience and backend logic
• Enhance applicant and property team flows by implementing smarter automation to reduce friction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
• Experience with consumer-facing products, particularly in verification, fintech, or rental data
• Strong product and design sense with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to transform ambiguous challenges into clear solutions
• Technical proficiency to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams
