Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end software install experience for Samsara devices, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the vision for device installation and provisioning, focusing on improving install correctness and the guided install flow for both professional installers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the three-year vision for device installation and provisioning as the platform expands
- Set targets for install correctness and instrument the funnel to track outcomes and improvements
- Develop the guided install and verification flow in the Samsara Fleet app for various user types
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience shipping products for external customers
- Demonstrated ability to own a business or product metric and effect change
- Experience building products from the ground up without predefined specifications
- Technical background with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven executive-level communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and customers
