Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver meaningful outcomes for federal customers while collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and DevOps teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers and Product Owners to define product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain product briefs, roadmaps, and strategic documentation that align stakeholders around shared goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Product Management experience
- 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Business Analysis, and DevOps
- Experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work based on customer value and business objectives
- Experience working within Agile product development environments using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
