Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving revenue through strategic and technical solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Monetization will support content and audience monetization initiatives across the USA TODAY Network while managing product roadmaps, testing, and release management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support content and audience monetization initiatives by delivering scalable technical solutions that enhance user experience
- Define and lead the strategic vision and KPIs for significant growth in content monetization
- Partner with engineering and content teams to manage agile delivery, backlog management, and solution validation across monetization platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in technical product management or a comparable role in digital, media, or revenue platforms
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Proven experience operating in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
