Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product experience across the servicing ecosystem, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the roadmap for customer-facing servicing capabilities and internal tools, driving product discovery, delivery, and workflow optimization in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from problem identification through development, launch, and iteration
- Redesign workflows and identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes within the servicing ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product priorities and ensure alignment on requirements and success measures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or technology-enabled products
- Proven ability to translate customer and business problems into scalable product solutions
- Experience working closely with engineering or Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a product or business platform is preferred
