Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning integrations and data-sync surfaces, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define platform strategy, ensure data reliability, and collaborate with customers and engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define the integrations and platform strategy and roadmap to enhance customer trust in data
• Ensure product reliability by focusing on uptime, data freshness, and accuracy, along with efficient incident triage
• Ship AI agent workflows and APIs that facilitate end-to-end GTM processes across customer systems

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, particularly with integrations, data sync, or platform/API surfaces in B2B SaaS
• PM-level fluency with integration primitives such as OAuth, webhooks, and data mapping
• Proven track record of prioritizing reliability as a product outcome
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and understanding their practical applications
• Comfortable managing direct customer relationships and translating feedback into product specifications
