Job Summary
To shape and scale modern lending products in a regulated banking environment, the remote Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, translate business goals into measurable outcomes, and lead cross-functional initiatives focused on innovation and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for high-impact lending products
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation to ensure product alignment with customer needs
- Partner with technology, credit, operations, and compliance to deliver scalable, impactful products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, preferably within fintech or regulated financial services
- Direct experience with consumer or commercial lending programs and loan origination workflows
- Understanding of government-guaranteed lending programs and commercial lending products
- Experience in supporting or building fintech lending products and partnerships
- Comfortable working with AI, APIs, and modern product platforms
