Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Learning Experience squad, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy for enhancing user engagement and monetization in a fully remote environment, focusing on product innovation and AI integration in cybersecurity training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery and research to understand user needs and improve the learning experience
• Own the vision and strategy for a world-class learning experience, incorporating AI where beneficial
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and represent the Learning Experience in company-wide planning

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/software with a proven track record of delivering high-impact features
• Strong expertise in AI product development, including workflow design and feature evaluation
• Demonstrated product leadership skills in data analysis, user research, and feature lifecycle management
• Experience managing multiple projects and sprints effectively in a highly autonomous environment
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams on priorities and outcomes
