Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for fraud prevention, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives across account creation and billing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and reduce abuse in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for abuse prevention capabilities in the commerce domain
• Lead product initiatives aimed at reducing malicious account signups and strengthening abuse lifecycle controls
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design and iterate risk prevention systems using measurable success criteria

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in product/service/project management or related fields, or a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years experience in payment platforms, fraud prevention, or related integrity-focused product areas
• 2+ years experience defining product metrics and conducting data-informed experimentation
• 2+ years of experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver complex projects
