Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver value for government healthcare programs while fostering cooperative relationships across organizational boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Convene cross-functional teams to develop effective product solutions and co-create product vision
• Deliver value within target timelines by breaking down strategy into actionable tasks and managing competing priorities
• Provide mentoring and training to enhance internal product management skills and navigate complex stakeholder environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of related professional experience
• Prior experience working in government at local, state, or federal levels
• Familiarity with federal government delivery concerns such as ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs
• Experience in delivering projects from strategy through execution, including creating product roadmaps and user stories
• Ability to coordinate work in distributed, agile teams and present complex concepts clearly
