Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
As the founding Senior Product Manager on the Studio team, the full-time remote position will manage opportunity framing, run validation sprints, and conduct market analysis to provide evidence-backed recommendations on emerging business ideas in youth sports.
Key responsibilities
- Translate emerging business ideas into testable hypotheses and define validation criteria
- Run focused validation sprints with a design partner to quickly assess opportunities
- Synthesize customer evidence and market analysis into clear go/no-go recommendations for leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technology products, particularly in mobile or consumer sectors
- Strong background in market analysis and business modeling
- Experience with customer discovery and conducting research independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis
