Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning outcomes for a significant part of the product, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will focus on delivering real customer value, making strategic decisions alongside design and engineering partners, and ensuring that product outcomes align with business viability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the problem, expected outcomes, and value propositions for product initiatives
• Engage closely with customers to understand their needs and the value they derive from the product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and measurement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on customer outcomes and business viability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage project focus through evidence-based decision-making
• Experience in collaborating within a team environment, valuing shared ownership and responsibility
• Familiarity with measurement metrics that track customer outcomes and business impacts
