Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning customer expansion initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive product changes that enhance user engagement and revenue growth by managing in-product surfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the team invite and joiner experience to convert new users into active, paying customers
- Develop and optimize admin upgrade request flows and upsell opportunities based on user engagement
- Conduct deep customer research to inform product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in SaaS product management with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated high agency and strong ownership in ambiguous environments
- Experience in making strategic product tradeoffs and prioritizing high-leverage problems
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams on product performance and integrations
- Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and product development is highly desirable
