Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning new product areas and driving projects from conception to execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to develop research, create actionable briefs, and manage initiatives that may not require a full squad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thesis and conduct research to size opportunities for new product areas, making recommendations on team structure
• Create shovel-ready work outputs such as briefs, prototypes, and specifications for squads to implement
• Manage smaller projects independently and step in to cover squads as needed, while working asynchronously in a documentation-first environment

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager, with at least 2 years focused on new product development
• Proven ability to own initiatives without a dedicated team and manage a portfolio of projects
• Experience in turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized roadmaps
• Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency
• Outstanding written communication skills for creating persuasive documentation
