Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the fraud prevention strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own product strategy for abuse prevention across various touchpoints, collaborating with engineering, finance, sales, and support teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for abuse prevention capabilities in the commerce domain
• Lead product initiatives for fraud prevention, focusing on account creation and billing processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and iterate risk prevention systems using measurable success criteria

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience owning payment platforms or fraud-related product areas in a software or digital platform environment
• 2+ years experience defining product metrics and conducting data-informed experimentation
• 2+ years experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver complex projects
