Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance data quality and CRM integration while representing platform capabilities in customer-facing settings, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and drive the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, focusing on quality improvements and customer issue triage
- Lead execution of the CRM Integration roadmap to support Backstory's CRM diversification strategy
- Grow into ownership of Unified Data Platform delivery milestones and develop enablement messaging for customer success teams
Required qualifications:
- 6-10 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
- Deep familiarity with enterprise data systems, including CRMs and data modeling
- Experience building platform-layer products such as data pipelines and integrations
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience presenting technical products to enterprise IT teams
- Bachelor's degree with a technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
