Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Product Manager for Processing, this full-time remote position will manage the transformation of a labor-intensive processing ecosystem into an AI- and automation-first operation, focusing on bill data normalization, service labor optimization, and cross-functional partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for normalizing and validating raw bill data into structured payables, collaborating with the data platform team
- Partner with Operations leadership to analyze and optimize labor-intensive workflows for automation and AI integration
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered document processing and automation to reduce manual review dependencies while maintaining accuracy
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, particularly with products involving both software and human service operations
- Proven track record in redesigning service-heavy workflows into automated or AI-assisted processes
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered document processing and automation features
- Experience in modernizing workflows off legacy systems while ensuring operational continuity
- Familiarity with document/data extraction and validation logic, especially in utility billing or high-volume transaction processing
