Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Focused on driving the growth of a payments platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution of key initiatives in a remote role, ensuring improvements in payment volume, activation, and adoption of innovative payment methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on payments strategy and execute roadmap priorities to identify growth opportunities in B2B payments and workflows
- Lead roadmap planning sessions, translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans aligned with KPI targets
- Collaborate across teams to deliver payments features that enhance revenue and margin outcomes while supporting go-to-market efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of product management experience in fintech, B2B payments, or accounts receivable/payable solutions
- Proven track record of influencing payment or fintech KPIs, including activation rates and product adoption
- Experience with modern payments platforms, particularly Stripe, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for prioritization and measuring progress against KPIs
