Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end website experience, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead the development of new features for Piper, the AI SDR, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the visitor experience on the website, enhancing engagement with Piper
- Translate customer needs and stakeholder input into a clear product roadmap and launch plans
- Establish success metrics and monitor performance to optimize the website experience
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical and product literacy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
- Demonstrated fluency in AI tools and their application in product management workflows
- A related technical degree is required
