Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating across teams, the full-time Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the fulfillment and generation roadmap for transcripts, diplomas, and high school equivalencies, leveraging AI and data insights to drive product improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take outcome-level ownership of the fulfillment and generation roadmap, contributing to the broader product strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver coordinated product improvements
• Conduct customer research and discovery experiments to inform product strategy and validate ideas

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills with a proven track record of aligning multiple teams
• Experience using AI in product management tasks such as building business cases and drafting PRDs
• Ability to independently conduct customer research and formulate testable hypotheses
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Pendo or Amplitude
