Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Combining user experience, business acumen in healthcare operations, and technological expertise, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will create and deliver innovative products and business intelligence solutions, focusing on analytics that support data-driven decisions across various healthcare domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of analytics products related to quality, risk-based contracts, and population health management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of business strategies for the product line
• Serve as the primary liaison with business partners and stakeholders, addressing issues and enhancing engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience with a focus on data management, analytics, or product design
• 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI
