Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy for the administrator experience of the Engagement Hub, the full-time Senior Product Manager will resolve admin pain points, manage client requests, and collaborate on product roadmaps in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the admin experience roadmap from discovery through delivery, balancing client commitments and engineering capacity
• Identify and resolve platform admin pain points by quantifying workflows and shipping fixes to reduce administrative effort
• Manage the client-request intake process, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with customer success and support teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on complex B2B SaaS products
• Proven experience in managing admin, back-office, or operator-facing tooling that enhances daily operations
• Experience in running structured intake and prioritization processes for client requests
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in product requirements
• Hands-on experience with applied AI features and automation in product development
