Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Product Manager, the successful candidate will own the product vision and strategy for the Core Athlete experience, collaborating with design and engineering teams while leveraging data and technology to enhance the college recruiting process for athletes and their families in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and inform the product vision and strategy, translating it into a coherent roadmap
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of the business, athletes, families, and relevant technologies to identify key problems early
• Own the product backlog by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing products
• Demonstrated ability to run product discovery and test solutions with real users
• Working SQL skills for data analysis and interpretation
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and designers in a cross-functional team
• Fluency in AI tools and understanding of their application in product development
