Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To evolve and commercialize AI-led mainframe managed services, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage service offerings, pricing strategies, and product packaging while ensuring alignment with market demand and client value.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt and refine managed service offerings to reflect new platform capabilities and AI-enabled improvements
- Co-develop pricing models and ensure offerings are profitable, repeatable, and market-relevant
- Own the commercialization roadmap and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management within managed services or technology services
- Strong experience in managed services, particularly in mainframe or infrastructure
- Proven track record in pricing strategy and commercialization of services
- Experience working across Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to drive alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
