Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Order Management Systems platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will ensure accurate order flow from capture to financial settlement, collaborating with engineering, finance, and operations teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OMS platform, including financial aggregation and internal order management tools
• Define and maintain platform SLAs for order throughput, event delivery latency, and settlement accuracy
• Translate complex transactional flows into actionable insights to drive product prioritization and operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in platform or financial systems
• Demonstrated ownership of a product line or multi-team domain with strategic influence
• Strong understanding of transactional system hygiene, including reconciliation and event delivery semantics
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical platform products with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
