Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Experienced product managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for developing the intelligence layer of RelationshipOS, managing product discovery, and leading a team to enhance an established SaaS platform in the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the intelligence layer for RelationshipOS, focusing on churn signals and cross-sell opportunities
- Oversee the product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic decisions while managing day-to-day execution with a team of Product Owners and a Product Analyst
- Conduct continuous discovery with agency owners to validate product assumptions and drive rapid prototyping and iteration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company
- 1+ year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech industry
- Proven track record of leading product discovery, prototyping, and launch
- Experience managing or coaching product team members
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous, early-stage environments
