To support a growing product team, the remote Senior Product Manager will establish a new pod focused on productizing agency operations and customer data, driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences through integrations and workflow productization.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute the pod's strategy and roadmap, collaborating with agency operations leaders to identify solutions
- Lead the discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences, including integrations and customer data architecture
- Measure impact through operational efficiency and revenue retention, ensuring that internal and external customers benefit from new products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of AI product experience
- Technical expertise in integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization
- Proven experience in taking a product from concept to successful adoption
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, treating stakeholders as partners
