Job Summary

To support the expansion of practice-facing software, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of tools that enhance dental practice operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Practice Software Vision & Roadmap, defining a multi-year strategy for reliability and seamless user experiences
• Deliver seamless practice experiences by building intuitive software that simplifies complex tasks for practice staff
• Collaborate across functions to align on product priorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing for growth

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or practice-facing software
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineering on system architecture and integrations
• Proven cross-functional leadership ability to manage complex stakeholder needs
• Strong analytical skills to utilize performance metrics for product decision-making
• High bias for action, with a capacity to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable value
