Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the roadmap and execution for broker marketing and listing platforms, focusing on both existing products and the development of a next-generation broker platform experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the broker platform portfolio, balancing enhancements and long-term modernization
- Conduct continuous product discovery to understand broker workflows, pain points, and adoption barriers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and support go-to-market strategies for new features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field required; MBA or product management certification preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, workflow software, or commercial real estate technology
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with commercial real estate broker workflows and capital markets processes strongly preferred
- Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and analyze product usage data to inform decisions
