Job Summary

Leading the Self-Reported Insights portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager will set the vision and strategy for products that enhance developer experience by interpreting survey data and improving customer engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Self-Reported Insights portfolio
• Build a deep understanding of developer experience and create a coherent product experience across related offerings
• Translate customer feedback and research into actionable product experiences while improving the end-to-end customer journey

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning significant product areas
• Deep understanding of surveys, self-reported data, and feedback systems
• Strong knowledge of developer experience and the challenges faced by developer productivity teams
• Ability to synthesize nuanced research and human feedback into clear product experiences
• Experience defining meaningful outcomes and using product data to guide decisions
