Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the VA team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will coordinate project planning, drive stakeholder communication, and manage cross-functional technical responses to complex engineering challenges in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and driving resolution
- Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs
- Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
