Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of lending capabilities, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will enhance the applicant experience, drive new-loan conversion, and support the financial health of members through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Lending Originations, aligning objectives with company priorities
• Develop frictionless lending experiences by maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs through research and data analysis
• Scope and lead the development of new products and features while managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and scalability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of core product management experience in high-growth environments, preferably in financial services or FinTech
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution and scale
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
• Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders across diverse teams
• Prior experience with lending originations, credit products, or regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred
