Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and maintain the product roadmap, drive customer insights, and collaborate closely with engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, making prioritization decisions that balance customer value and business impact
• Lead ongoing discovery efforts with insurance brokers to identify unmet needs and validate product hypotheses
• Collaborate with engineering to write clear specifications and ensure successful delivery of features, particularly those leveraging AI

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including time in a senior or lead role
• Demonstrated understanding of AI-driven product development
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder product areas with significant autonomy
• Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow software for professionals in complex domains
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment with evolving priorities
