Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Chirp Access Control product lifecycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a competitive access control solution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features to meet business and customer goals
• Translate user insights into product requirements and create documentation that supports development velocity
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of access control hardware and credential ecosystems
• Proven track record of owning a product from strategy to post-launch iteration
• Experience in conducting customer discovery and translating findings into product direction
• Excellent documentation skills with experience in authoring BRDs and PRDs
