Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the reporting and analytics experience end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the multi-quarter roadmap for reporting products, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration required in the Philadelphia area.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the roadmap for reporting and analytics products aligned with company objectives
- Gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders into clear specifications
- Design self-service reporting systems and dashboards to reduce dependency on ad hoc requests
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Product Management or a related role focused on reporting systems
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and designing self-service reporting systems
- Hands-on familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Experience in US Healthcare and Life Sciences data environments is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
