Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and roadmap for the prior authorization product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in developing EHR integrations, payer connectivity, and document exchange, ensuring successful customer workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the product roadmap for connectivity, setting priorities for engineering and support teams to meet commitments
- Serve as the executive product owner for customer-facing outcomes, ensuring seamless integration between EHRs and the product
- Establish technical standards for data interfaces and payer connectivity, directing the strategy for prior authorization submission pathways
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in healthcare technology or prior authorization
- Strong understanding of EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner, and interoperability standards
- Experience with data interfaces such as X12 278, FHIR API, and CDS Hooks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps
- Background in market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
