Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on leading discovery and delivery for key product initiatives in the club soccer market, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage cross-functional squads, create a connected ecosystem for soccer, and drive project discovery and delivery while contributing to Hudl's mission of supporting athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product squads by acting as the product owner, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with design and engineering teams
• Create a strategy to connect multiple Hudl offerings, delivering value tailored to the soccer market
• Drive discovery and delivery processes to ensure solutions meet market needs and achieve measurable impact

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record in driving complex initiatives
• Deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of the operational dimensions of a product business, including sales, marketing, and finance
