Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to work remotely in the United States, who will lead the planning and execution of pilot and prototype initiatives, translating mission needs into product requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams in a government and defense environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of pilot, prototype, and proof-of-concept initiatives from concept through validation
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to define problems and translate them into clear product and solution requirements
• Develop product roadmaps, implementation plans, success criteria, and adoption strategies for emerging capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or related field
• 6+ years of professional experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud technologies
