Job Summary
Driving innovation and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape the ThrivePass platform's strategy and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with department strategy and company goals
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product documentation and release notes
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience managing and launching software products from concept to delivery
- Experience working in Agile product development environments and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills supported by customer insights and product metrics
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility when prioritizing work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear action plans
