Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the successful launch of new clients and ensuring their ongoing success, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead client discovery sessions, manage implementations, and balance product management tasks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to create launch plans and guide clients through B2B2C product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering to implement client-specific configurations and track launch outcomes against goals
- Own the product roadmap, using data to evaluate performance and drive improvements in adoption and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar client-facing role in a technology-driven environment
- Proven experience leading client or partner implementations, including discovery and project planning
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another complex, regulated domain is a plus
